【摘要】 目的了解小学高年级学生对青春期健康知识知晓情况,为在小学生中深入开展青春期健康教育提供依据。方法2007年10月抽取北京市西城区某小学4～6年级学生进行青春期健康知识问卷调查。结果小学生对青春期健康知识回答的正确率(53.52%)随年级递增逐渐增高,女生答题正确率普遍高于男生。小学生获取青春期健康知识的途径主要是通过家长(53.73%),医学书刊(41.04%),和老师(28.36%)。结论小学生的青春期健康知识相对贫乏,在小学青春期发育前就接受正确科学的青春期教育,是化解青少年对自己身体发育感到好奇和恐惧的最好的方法,并将受益于他们的一生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the status of knowledge about adolescence health in the senior grade pupils in primary schools,so as to provide the evidence for facilitating the adolescence health education in primary and middle schools. Methods A questionnaire survey was performed on reproductive health knowledge in 4th-6th grade pupils sampled randomly in a primary school of Beijing. Results About 50% of the questions on reproductive health were correctly answered,and there was a significant difference between girl pupils and boy pupils in the higher grades,and the correct rates of the girls were generally higher than those of the boys. The channels of getting the knowledge of reproductive health were mainly from parents (53.7%),medical books and magazines (41.04%) and teachers (28.3%). Conclusions Pupils in primary schools relatively lack the knowledge about adolescence health. The appropriate health education for adolescence should be strengthened.更多还原
