【摘要】 目的了解徐州市住院学生疾病谱,为制订相应的学校卫生保健对策提供科学依据。方法对2006年住院学生的病历首页资料按国际疾病分类(ICD-10)进行统计分析。结果2006年学生住院8415例,其中男生5902例、女生2513例;居前3位的系统疾病依次是损伤和中毒(2068例)、呼吸系统疾病(1555例)、消化系统疾病(1156例),分别占24.58%,18.48%,13.74%;住院疾病性别、年龄构成差异有统计学意义(χ2=158.8,P=0.000;χ2=558.9,P=0.000)。结论学生住院的常见病因为损伤和中毒、病毒性脑炎、先天性疾病、肿瘤、急性扁桃体炎、肺炎、阑尾炎、疝等,应采取综合的防治措施,提高儿童少年的健康水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the spectrum of inpatient diseases among students in Xuzhou,so as to provide the evidence for working out the health strategy in schools. Methods The data of inpatient diseases among students in Xuzhou was collected and analyzed by International Classification of Diseases in 2006. Results There were 8 415 inpatient students (male being 5 902 and female being 2 513) in 2006,and injury and poisoning(2 068,24.58%),diseases of the respiratory system (1 555,18.48%),diseases of the digestive system (1 156,13.74%) were the three main diseases among them. The proportion of inpatient diseases in sex and age among the students were significantly different (χ2=158.8,P=0.000;χ2=558.9,P=0.000). Conclusions The common inpatient diseases among students include injury,viral encephalitis,congenital diseases,neoplasm,acute tonsillitis,pneumonia,appendicitis,hernia,etc. and the comprehensive preventive measures should be taken.更多还原
