【摘要】 目的研究曲美他嗪对高血压心脏病患者的治疗价值。方法 63例高血血心脏病患者纳入本次研究。将患者随机分为常规治疗组(对照组)和加用曲美他嗪组。观察患者的临床情况,并记录入选时及治疗6、12、18个月复诊时超声检查左室射血分数(LVEF)及左心室壁质量指数(LVMI)的结果。结果随诊观察期间,曲美他嗪组患者的LVEF较入选时明显改善(P<0.05),对照组患者的LVEF略增加,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);曲美他嗪组较对照组改善更明显,两组于12、18个月差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。LVMI于对照组无明显变化,曲美他嗪组则逐渐减低,两组间比较于18个月差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规降压治疗的基础上加用曲美他嗪,有助于进一步改善左心室收缩功能及逆转左心室肥厚。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of trimetazidine on the left ventricular function of patients with hypertensive heart disease (HHD).Methods A total of 63 patients with HHD were enrolled in this study.They were randomly assigned to either conventional treatment group (control group) or trimetazidine in addition to conventional treatment group(trimetazidine group).Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and left ventricular mass index (LVMI) were determined by echocardiography at baseline and 6,12,and 18 months after treatment.Results Compared with baseline,LVEF in trimetazidine group increased significantly at 6-,12-and 18-month (P<0.05).The increment of LVEF in trimetazidine group was significant higher than that in control group at 12-and 18-month (P<0.01).Compared with baseline,LVMI had no changes in control group but decreased in trimetazidine group at 6-,12-and 18-month,and the difference of LVMI between the two groups was significant only at 18-month (P<0.05).Conclusions Trimetazidine in addition to conventional therapy was associated with a significant improvement of left ventricular function and the reversal of left ventricular hypertrophy.更多还原
