【摘要】 目的了解金华市2006-2008年高考学生视功能状况,为学生视力保护工作提供参考。方法对2006-2008年金华市参加高考的学生117467名测定远视力,凡裸眼视力<4.8者采用主观插片验光测定球镜屈光度,对插片后视力仍不能矫正到4.8者进行眼底检查;采用俞自萍色盲图谱进行色觉检查。结果参加高考学生视力<5.0的比例为89.76%(105433/117467),<4.8的比例为82.26%(96628/117467)。女生视力不良率(94.02%)高于男生(87.16%),重点中学学生视力不良率(95.07%)高于普通中学学生(88.85%)。屈光度≤4.00D者占视力<4.8者的比例为74.95%(72421/96628)。视力不能矫正者(弱视)占1.13%,其中远视占83.60%。色觉障碍检出率为2.99%。近视手术人数占全体学生的比例由2006年的1.39%增加到2008年的2.86%。结论高考学生的视功能状况与高考专业的限制之间互相影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To learn visual function of students taking part in college entrance examination from 2006 to 2008 in Jinhua city,in order to provide basis for student vision care.Methods Vision test in fixed distance was taken among 117 467 students taking part in college entrance examination from 2006 to 2008 in Jinhua.Student whose naked vision<4.8 was tested to determine spherical diopter by subjective insert optometry.If one’ s vision still couldn’ t reach 4.8,fundus examination was taken.Color sense was tested by Yu Ziping color blindness test book.Results There were 89.76%(105 433/117 467)students whose vision<5.0,and 82.26%(96 628/117 467)students’ vision< 4.8.Girls’ poor eyesight rate(94.02%)was higher than boys’(87.16%),key middle school students’(95.07%)was higher than ordinary school(88.85%).Among students whose vision<4.8,74.95%(72 421/96 628)of their diopter ≤4.00D.There was 1.13% students whose vision couldn’ t be corrected(amblyopia),83.60% were Prevalence.Incidence of dyschromatopsia was 2.99%.The ratio of taking myopia surgery among students increased from 1.39% in 2006 to 2.86%in 2008.Conclusion Visual function status of students taking part in college entrance examination is interacted with professional limitation in college entrance examination.更多还原
