社交技能训练干预儿童行为问题的定性研究

【摘要】 目的探讨社交技能训练对儿童行为问题的干预效果及可接受性,为制定行为干预措施提供依据。方法在北京、昆明、山东3个中心精神科专科门诊及当地小学筛选出有行为问题的儿童150名,对其实施12周社交技能训练,研究者进行现场观察,对患儿和家长进行集体访谈,并记录患儿个人收获体会。结果82.7%的家长反映患儿的外显性行为和内向性行为问题有改善,17.3%认为没有变化或变化不明显;家长和患儿均反映训练方法可以接受并受到欢迎;训练前后患儿Rutter儿童行为问卷总分、N分和A分差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.01)。结论社交技能训练对儿童外显性行为和内向性行为问题均有效,具有推广潜力。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effectiveness and acceptability of social skills training for children with behavior problems,and to provide basis for intervention.Methods 150 children with behavior problems were screened from psychotic centers.Social skill training was given to the children.The trainer observed the scene and conducted group discussions with children and their parents.And then noted children’s experience.Results 82.7% parents reflected that children’s behavior problems had improved obviously,17.3% thought it had no improvement.Both parents and children accepted and welcame this intervention way.The difference of children’s Rutter questionnaire scores before and after training was significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Social skill training is helpful and acceptable in improving behavior problems of behavior disorder children and has potential to be spread.
