【摘要】 目的了解佛山市南海区小学生龋齿患病情况,为龋齿防治工作提供参考。方法采取分层整群抽样方法,抽取佛山市4个镇的中心小学全体7,9,12岁小学生,从2004年起,按照《全国学生体质健康状况调查研究实施方案》要求,对学生进行口腔普查。结果2004-2008年南海区小学生恒牙龋患率从16.11%下降到13.65%,乳牙龋患率从51.82%下降到46.38%,特别是东部的大沥镇小学生,9岁年龄组龋患率下降显著。恒牙充填率从2004年的23.36%上升到2008年的31.37%,特别是九江镇上升显著。乳龋充填率变化差异无统计学意义。结论佛山南海区小学生龋患率显著下降,12岁儿童恒牙充填率高于全省平均水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the status and the incidence trend of caries among pupils in Nanhai District,and to provide bases for the prevention.Methods Since 2004,an oral-census had been applied to the students according to The National Implementation Program of Student’s Health Survey.Results In the past five years,the permanent teeth caries rate of pupils had dropped from 16.11% to 13.65%,with the rate of deciduous teeth dropped from 51.82% to 46.38%.The prevalence rate of caries dropped significantly in nine-year-old group.Permanent teeth filled rate had risen from 23.36% to 31.37%.No statistical significant difference was found in the filled rate of deciduous teeth.Conclusion The prevalence rate of dental caries dropped significantly among the pupils in Nanhai District and the filled rate of permanent teeth among 12-year-old children is higher than the average level of Guangdong province.更多还原
