柳州市2所小学三四年级学生心理干预效果评价
Effects of Intervention of Mental Health Problems Among Pupils of Grade 3-4 in Liuzhou
【摘要】 目的了解小学生心健康水平及干预实验研究效果,为相关部门制定干预措施提供依据。方法运用《心理健康诊断测验》(MHT)对2所小学三~四年级学生进行心理健康状况测查,将研究对象分为实验组和对照组。对实验组学生及其家长分别进行为期1a的实验干预,干预后进行复测。结果干预后,除自责倾向外,实验组MHT各项因子得分与对照组比较均有所下降,差异有统计学意义(P值均<0.05);实验组心理问题检出率与对照组比较,除孤独倾向、冲动倾向外,其他因子检出率有所下降,差异具有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。结论干预措施对预防和控制小学生心理健康问题的发生、发展,减轻或改善其心理压力具有显著的作用。促进小学生心理健康的发展是一项长期、系统的工程,需要学校、家庭和社会的共同努力。
【Abstract】 Objective To make an experimental study of intervention on mental health problems of primary school students and to evaluate the effects of it, and to provide evidence for the intervention measures. Methods By using Mental Health Test(MHT), 1 461 pupils of grade 3-4 were tested. The pupils were divided into an experimented group and control group. Interventions were given to the both groups. After the intervention, they were tested again. Results After one years’ intervention, compared with the control one, the experimented group had lower scores in all factors of MHT, except self-blame, with statistical significant differences(P<0.05). As for mental health problems, the experimented group had lower positive rates of the factors except loneliness and impulse, with statistical significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion Intervention measures play an important part in preventing and controlling the occurrence and development of pupils’ mental health problems, relieving or improving their mental stress. It is a long-term and systematic project to promote the development of pupils’ mental health, which needs schools, families and society to work hard together.
