【摘要】 目的在三聚氰氨奶粉事件中超声筛查小儿泌尿系统结石的临床价值。方法对5317例因三聚氰氨超标奶粉事件行超声泌尿系检查的小儿的超声特征进行分析。资料录入采用EXCEL表格,统计分析采用SPSS 11.5软件。结果3个月~15岁5317例泌尿系超声筛查结果,发现肾结石5例,肾脏结晶103例,肾脏积水60例,肾囊肿9例,泌尿系先天畸形13例,其他脏器先天畸形5例。结论通过超声筛查小儿泌尿系,可以及早发现食用三聚氰氨超标奶粉所致的肾脏异常以及小儿泌尿系及其他脏器的先天畸形,为临床早期治疗提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective We retrospectively analyze the results of 5317 children’s urinary tract with ultrasound in Sichuan Academy of Medical Sciences & Sichuan Provincial People’s Hospital from 17 September 2008 to 13 October in 2008.Methods The ultrasonic urinary tract data of 5317 children were retrospectively analyzed.Results There were 5 kidney calculi,103 urate crystal,60 hydronephrosis,13 malformation in urinary system and 5 congenital malformation in other location.Conclusions Ultrasound should be carried out to make a early diagnosis of the renal lesions and malformation in urinary systerm or in other location,so as to provide evidence for the clinician’s treatment.更多还原
