【摘要】 目的探讨从宫颈癌前病变进展至宫颈癌,基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)的表达变化。方法采用免疫组化二步法检测20例慢性宫颈炎、45例宫颈上皮内瘤样变(CIN)、42例宫颈癌中MMP-2、MMP-9蛋白的表达。结果MMP-2、MMP-9在慢性宫颈炎中的表达极低,在各级CIN、宫颈浸润癌阳性表达高,其阳性表达强度随CIN级别增高而增强,至宫颈癌表达强度最高,并有统计学差异;在宫颈癌组织中,MMP-2的表达强度显著高于MMP-9,但宫颈癌的临床分期与MMP-9的表达强度有显著性关系,而与MMP-2的表达强度无显著性关系。结论MMP-2、MMP-9在宫颈癌前病变进展至宫颈癌这一过程中起着重要作用,而MMP-9与宫颈癌进展的关系更为密切,成为判断宫颈癌预后的指标之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This study was undertaken to explore the significance of matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2) and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9) in the course of development of cervical carcinoma.Methods We evaluate samples of cervical tissue with immunohistochemistry for MMP-2 and MMP-9 in 5 distinct groups.The groups were divided into chronic cervicitis,CINⅠ,CINⅡ,CINⅢ and cervical invasive carcinoma.Result MMP-2 and MMP-9 expression gradually increased according to the degree of CIN and cervical carcinoma.The expression of MMP-2 was significantly higher than that of MMP-9,but the expression degree of MMP-9 was correlated with the clinical stage of carcinoma.Conclusion MMP-2 and MMP-9 play important roles in the process of CIN developing to carcinoma,but MMP-9 is more important according to the development of carcinoma,which might be a useful prognostic indicator for cervical cancer.更多还原
