【摘要】 目的探讨超声影像技术对Hb Bart’s水肿胎早期产前诊断的临床价值。方法利用超声影像技术对孕12~20周的320例Hb Bart’s水肿胎儿进行检查,并利用gap-PCR分子技术进行基因分析,并与同期胎儿的正常组进行对照。结果73例基因诊断为Hb Bart’s水肿胎儿中,56例心脏增大,心胸比例>0.30;15例胎儿颈项部透明层增厚;18例出现胎儿部分肠管强回声;22例出现胎儿腹水;胎盘无明显增厚,但较相应正常孕周均值明显增高。结论超声影像技术对孕12~20周Hb Bart’s水肿胎的声像图具有较特异性特征,产前超声诊断是一种安全、准确、有效的检查方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To obtain the unharmful image method to prenatal diaglosis through the ultrasound examination of the fetus with high risk of Hb Bart’s hydrops during 12~20 pregnancy weeks.Method Examine 320 cases with high-risk of Hb Bart’s hydrops fetus by ultrasound and genetic analysis using gap-PCR technology,and compare with the information of the normal group at the 12~20 pregnancy weeks.Results 73 Hb Bart’s hydrops fetuses diagnosed by genetic analysis had abnormal ultrasound images.58 cases were the enlarged cardiothoracic rate(>0.30),18 cases were incrassated nuchal translucency,18 cases were echogenic bowel and 22 cases were ascites.The placenta thickness was not incrassated,but their average thickness was significantly higher than normal.Conclusions Ultrasonography is a safe,precise and effective method for the early prenatal diagnosis Hb Bart’s hydrops fetus during 12~20 weeks.更多还原
