【摘要】 目的观察不同剂量阿托伐他汀对不稳定性心绞痛(UA)患者血清高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平的影响。方法54例UA患者,随机分为两组:对照组28例,在常规治疗基础上给予阿托伐他汀10 mg/d;治疗组26例,在常规治疗基础上给予阿托伐他汀20 mg/d;连续用药8周。测定给药前及治疗8周后患者血脂水平及血清hs-CRP水平,比较两组患者血脂、hs-CRP的变化。结果两组治疗后总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、hs-CRP均较治疗前下降,两组治疗后血脂水平比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),hs-CRP水平比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论应用不同剂量阿托伐他汀治疗均能够在调脂的同时显著降低UA患者血清hs-CRP水平,且较大剂量用药的作用更显著。使用较大剂量阿托伐他汀治疗UA具有更好的抗炎作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of different doses of atorvastatin on serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) in the patients with unstable angina.Methods 54 patients with unstable angina were randomly divided into two groups.Based on routine treatment,28 cases in the control group were given oral atorvastatin 10mg once daily and 26 cases in treatment group were given oral atorvastatin 20mg once daily.The levels of blood lipid and high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) were measured with biochemistry assay.Results The serum levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),lower density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),and hs-CRP in the patients of the two groups after treated 8 weeks were significantly lower than before administration(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the changes of blood lipid level between the two groups(P>0.05),whereas there was significant difference(P<0.05)in the changes of hs-CRP level between them.Conclusion The results suggest that different doses of atorvastatin can significantly decreased the serum hs-CRP level of the unstable angina pectoris,and the effect of large dose group is more significant than that of low dose group.It shows better anti-inflammatory effect by large doses atorvastatin with unstable angina.更多还原
