【摘要】 目的观察"灵芪健肝胶囊"治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效。方法将107例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为二组,治疗组53例采用口服"灵芪健肝胶囊",对照组54例口服甘利欣胶囊、维生素C片、复合维生素B片,治疗1个周期(3个月)后,观察临床症状、体征、肝功能、HBeAg及HBV-DNA的变化情况。结果治疗组临床症状、体征、肝功能、HBeAg及HBV-DNA的总有效率为92.5%,远大于对照组的63.0%,差异有显著性(P<0.01);HbeAg、HBV-DNA总转阴率:治疗组为52.8%,对照组为35.4%,两组间差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论"灵芪健肝胶囊"治疗慢性乙型肝炎在抑制病毒、保肝降酶、调节免疫、抗纤维化等方面有较好疗效,且服用方便,易于坚持。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of Lingqijian Capsule on chronic hepatitis B.Methods 107 patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into two groups,including treatment group(53 cases) with oral Lingqijian Capsule and control group(54 cases) with oral Ganlixin Capsules,vitamin C tablets and vitamin B complex tablets.The clinical symptoms and signs,liver function,HBeAg and HBV-DNA changes were observed.Results The clinical symptoms and signs,liver function,HBeAg and HBV-DNA of the total effective rate was 92.5%,which was greater than that of control group(63.0%).HbeAg and HBV-DNA transferring negative rate in treatment group and control group were 52.8% and 35.4%,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion Lingqijian Capsule is effect in treating chronic hepatitis B.更多还原
