【摘要】 目的观察周剂量紫杉醇联合顺铂方案治疗晚期乳腺癌的临床疗效及毒副反应。方法晚期乳腺癌患者64例均采用紫杉醇60mg/m2,静脉滴注,第1、8、15天;顺铂30mg/m2,静脉滴注,第2~4天,4周为1周期。两个周期后评价临床疗效及毒副反应。结果近期总有效率为65.6%(42/64),初治病例与复治病例分别为83.3%与55%,两者统计学有差异(P<0.05);一个部位转移有效率75%(24/32),一个部位以上转移有效率56.2%(18/32),两者统计学有差异(P<0.05);中位疾病进展时间为11.6个月,中位生存时间为16.2个月;毒副反应主要为骨髓抑制、消化道反应、脱发。结论周剂量紫杉醇联合顺铂方案是治疗晚期乳腺癌的有效方案,毒副反应可以耐受。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect and toxicity of weekly-dose of paclitaxil plas cisplatin for advanced breast cancer.Methods 32 patients with advanced breast cancer treated with paclitaxil(60 mg/m2) infusion on day 1,day 8 and day 15 and cisplatin(30 mg/m2) infusion from day 2 to day 4.The course was repeated every 4 weeks.The effect and toxicity were evaluated two courses at least.Results The total effective rate was 65.6%(42/64).The effective rate of newly diagnosed patients and pretreated patients were 83.3% and 55%,respectively,which showed a statistically difference(P<0.05).The effective rate of the patients with one and multiple metastasis was 75%(24/32) and 56.2%(18/32),which demonstrated significant difference from each other(P<0.05).The median time of progression(mTTP) was 11.6 months and the median survival time was 16.2 months.Conclusion It is effective to treat advanced breast cancer with weekly-dose of paclitaxil plas cisplatin.更多还原
