【摘要】 目的观察残疾鉴定中视力残疾的基本情况。方法对564例被鉴定人进行残情询问,视力体检,裂隙灯显微镜检查和眼底检查,并根据"中国残疾人实用评定标准"进行鉴定。结果确定一级盲133例(23.58%),二级盲47例(8.33%),一级低视力48例(8.51%),二级低视力216例(38.30%),不合格的120例(21.28%)。结论视力残疾是一个不可忽视的群体,全社会应更加关注视力残疾人,以促进和谐社会的构建与进步。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the basic situation of visual disability in the disability identification.Methods 564 cases of visual disability were involved in the present study.Slit lamp microscope examination and fundus examination were done.The disability factors were retrospectively analyzed.Results According to "The practical assess criteria of Chinese disabled People",133 cases(23.58%) were divided into the first grade visual disabilities,47 cases(8.33%) the second grade visual disabilities,48 cases(8.51%) the first grade low vision,216 cases(38.30%) the second grade low vision,and 120 cases(21.28%) unqualified.Conclusion The most effective method of protecting disabled persons is to prevent from disability,formulate corresponding disability prevention measures for the different age groups of people..更多还原
