【摘要】 目的探讨早期康复治疗护理对脑卒中偏瘫患者日常生活活动能力(ADL)的影响,为临床康复提供依据。方法将60例急性脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分成康复护理组和临床护理组(对照组)两组,康复护理组予神经内科常规治疗,为患者制订康复护理计划,进行早期康复护理;对照组给予神经内科常规治疗和一般临床护理。采用修订的Barthel指数法对患者进行护理后评定。结果康复护理患者的Barthel指数较对照组明显提高。结论给予早期康复护理可以明显改善脑卒中偏瘫患者日常生活能力,减少并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of hemiplegic patient with acute stroke with early rehabilitation nursing on activities of daily living(ADL).Methods Sixty patients with hemiplegic patient with acute stroke were randomly divided into two groups,including rehabilitation nursing group and clinical nursing group.The rehabilitation nursing group was treated with early rehabilitation nursing.The clinical nursing group was conventionally treated general clinical nursing.Barthel index was observed.Results The Barthel index of rehabilitation nursing group was higher than that of the clinical nursing group.Conclusion Early intervention rehabilitation nursing can improve the daily living activity of acute stroke patients and reduce the incidence of complications.更多还原
