【摘要】 目的探讨急性酒精中毒对心脏的损害。方法分析119例急性酒精中毒者中所发生的43例心脏损害患者的临床资料。结果43例患者均出现心律失常,其中肌钙蛋白I阳性12例(27.91%),可疑阳性5例(11.62%)。43例患者中治愈41例,死亡2例,治愈率达95.35%。结论急性酒精中毒对心脏的损害绝大多数是可逆的,应及时予以保护心肌,抑制心律失常,心脏损害大多可很快恢复。但需严密观察,警惕恶性心律失常与猝死的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the damage on heart of acute alcohol poisoning.Methods 119 patients with acute alcohol poisoning were retrospectively analyzed.Results There were 43 cases with arrhythmia,including 12 cases with troponin I positive(27.91%)and 5 cases with troponin I probable positive(11.62%).Conclution Cardiac damage induced by acute alcohol poisoning is usually reversible.更多还原
