【摘要】 目的探讨病毒唑、可必特气泵吸入佐治毛细支气管炎的临床疗效。方法两组患儿均应用综合治疗,观察组42例在综合治疗的基础上加用空气加压泵吸入病毒唑、可必特溶液治疗。对治疗后症状、体征改善时间进行比较。结果治疗组疗效优于对照组,治疗组住院时间短于对照组。结论病毒唑、可必特气泵吸入能改善毛细支气管炎的治愈过程,起效快,副作用小,疗效满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effects of inhalation of ribavirin and combivent on bronchiolistis.Methods 82 cases of bronchiolitis were randomly divided into two groups,including treatment group and control group.Both of the groups were treated with comprehensive therapy,ant treatment group was assisted with inhalation of ribavirin and combivent.The clinical effects were evaluated.Results The therapeutic rates of treatment group and control group were 97.6% and 85%,respectively,which was significantly different from each other(P<0.05).The symptoms and course in the two groups demonstrated significantly difference(P<0.05).Conclusions It is effective to treat,bronchiolitis with inhalation of ribavirin and combivent.更多还原
