超敏C反应蛋白与2型糖尿病的相关性探讨
Relation between High-sensitivity C-reactive Protein and Type 2 Diabetics
【摘要】 目的探讨血清高敏C反应蛋白(hsC-RP)在2型糖尿病(T2DM)发病中的作用。方法利用ELISA方法检测72例T2DM患者非糖尿病一级亲属(FDR)和68例健康对照者(NC)血清hsC-RP、空腹胰岛素(Fins)、空腹血糖(FPG)等。结果FDR组血清hsC-RP水平较NC组升高(P<0.01);血清hsC-RP水平与FIns(=0.286,P<0.05)、BM(I=0.250,P<0.05)、LDL-C(=0.302,P<0.05)、TC(=0.267,P<0.05)相关。结论hsC-RP升高是2型糖尿病发生的一个预测因子。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the possible pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes.Methods Serum samples were collected from 72 first-degree relatives of type 2 diabetic subjects and 68 normal subjects.Results Circulation levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hsCRP)were significantly higher in first-degree relatives than controls(P<0.01).Circulation levels of hsCRP was correlated to fasting insulin(Fins)(-0.286,P<0.05),body mass index(BMI)(-0.250,P<0.05),10w-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)(-0.302,P<0.05)and total cholestero(ITC)(-0.267,P<0.05).Conclusions The data support the hypothesis that hsCRP is A strong predictor for the development of type 2 diabetes.
