【摘要】 目的观察中药胎儿安方治疗抗心磷脂抗体阳性致先兆流产的临床疗效。方法将抗心磷脂抗体阳性致先兆流产患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,均予西医常规治疗,治疗组加胎儿安方口服;比较两组先兆流产的治疗效果。结果治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论在西药常规治疗的基础上加服胎儿安方治疗抗心磷脂抗体阳性致先兆流产疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine Miscarriage-Prevention Prescription in the treatment of threatened abortion caused by anticardiolipin antibody positive.Methods The patients with threatened abortion caused by anticardiolipin antibody positive were randomly divided into the therapeutic group and the control group.Conventional western medicine treatment was applied in both groups,and Miscarriage-Prevention Prescription was added to the therapeutic group.The effects of the two groups were compared.Results The effect of the therapeutic group was obviously superior to that of the control group.Conclusion Miscarriage-Prevention Prescription with conventional western medicine has a definite effect on the treatment of threatened abortion caused by anticardiolipin antibody positive.更多还原
