【Abstract】 The clinical application of narrow band imaging(NBI) endoscopy system in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal diseases is reviewed.The research summarizes that NBI is superior to the conventional endoscopy in the differential diagrosis of gastrointestinal cancer and non-neoplastic diseases,its effects is equivalent to chromoendoscopy.This technique is promising as a diagnostic tool with high accuracy for the detection of intestinal metaplasia,dysplastic hyperplasia and early neoplasms.It is worth spreading clinically.更多还原
