【摘要】 目的:探讨γ刀治疗颅脑损伤后癫痫的疗效。材料与方法:取我院自2003年5月到2007年4月共计50例患者,应用MR定位,采用采用玛西普公司旋转式头部γ刀治疗仪。局部脑软化灶实行周边剂量15-25Gy,伴有颞叶癫痫灶者实行杏仁核周边剂量20-30Gy治疗。结果:随访10-60个月,平均36个月,其中满意20例,显著改善14例,良好11例,疗效差3例,无改善2例。结论:经γ刀治疗颅脑损伤后癫痫疗效达90%以上。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:To investigate the effect of the treatment of epilepsy after brain injury by γ-knife.Materials and Methods:Pick up a total of 50 cases of patients in my hospital from May 2003 to April 2007.With the MR locating the epilepsy zone,adopt the rotary head MASEPγ-knife treatment instrument.Partial implementation of encephalomalacia foci surrounding dose 15-25Gy,with temporal lobe epileptic foci surrounding the introduction of the amygdala treatment dose 20-30Gy.Results:Follow-up 10-60 months,an average of 36 months,20 cases of 50 are satisfaction,significant improvements in 14 cases of 50,good in 11 cases of 50,three cases of 50 are poor efficacy,no improvement in 2 cases of 50.Conclusion:The γ-knife treatment of epilepsy after brain injury more than 90% efficacy.更多还原
