【摘要】 目的:对38例肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻病变的影像学检查表现进行对比分析,以提高影像学检查对PUJ梗阻的病因诊断。材料与方法:本组38例住院病例,经B超、CT、静脉肾盂造影、逆行尿路造影检查,且经临床、手术或病理检查。结果:在38例病例中,先天畸形21例,其中异位肾动脉或纤维束16例,输尿管高位2例,肾低位并旋转不良3例,PUJ处炎性狭窄11例。肌性狭窄3例。阶段性动力功能失调3例。结论:PUJ梗阻性病变的各种影像检查互相协同,不仅能显示病变的形态、范围及程度,而且能对病因作出诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:To the diagnosis to the cause of pyeloureteric junction(PUJ)obstruction for contrast analysis of the imaging manifestation.Materials and Methods:the 38 cases were carried out US、CT、IVP、RP,and clinical treatment,operation or pathology examination.Results:Among the 38 cases,21 cases were of congenital malformations:16 were of ectopic renal artery or fibrous band,2 were of high insertion of the ureter,3 cases were of renal ectopia and renal malrotation.11 were of inflammatory stenosis.3 cases were of muscular stenosis.3 were of function misadjustment.Conclusion:The various imaging examination of PUJ obstruction supplement each other,not only can shown the shapes、length and degree of PUJ obstruction,but also can diagnose for etiology.更多还原
