眼眶面颅骨低剂量螺旋CT扫描技术临床应用价值的研究

【摘要】 目的:探讨低剂量眼眶面颅骨螺旋CT扫描技术参数及临床应用价值。材料与方法:对68例眼眶面颅骨外伤患者行低剂量和常规剂量螺旋CT扫描,对比两种剂量扫描的图像质量与患者的辐射剂量。结果:眼眶面颅骨低剂量CT扫描与常规剂量CT扫描,对显示眼眶面颅骨内解剖结构及外伤性病变,两种扫描方法图像中发现病灶数量相同。两种剂量CT扫描的定性诊断结果也相同。低剂量单圈扫描的CT剂量加权指数(CTDIw)为6.57mGy,常规剂量的CT-DIw为13.13mGy,其CTDIw降低了50%的辐射剂量。结论:低剂量CT扫描发现病灶数量及定位定性诊断结果与常规剂量均相同,故低剂量螺旋CT扫描在对眼眶面颅骨外伤的患者,完全能替代常规剂量的螺旋CT扫描。

【Abstract】 Purpose:To explore the orbital plane of low-dose spiral CT scanning technology skull parameters and clinical value.Materials and Methods:68 cases of orbital trauma patients with skull surface low-dose and conventional-dose spiral CT scanning,two-dose scan compared image quality and radiation dose in patients.Results:The orbital plane of low-dose cranial CT scan and conventional-dose CT scan showed that the orbital plane of the anatomical structures within the skull and traumatic lesions,two methods of image scan found the same number of lesions.Two-dose CT scan of the same qualitative diagnosis.Low-dose single-dose CT scan circle weighted index(CTDIw)for 6.57mGy,conventional doses of CTDIw to 13.13 mGy,its CTDIw been reduced by 50% of the radiation dose.Conclusion:The low-dose CT scan showed the number and position of lesion diagnosis results are the same with conventional doses,the low-dose spiral CT scanning in the Orbital of patients with traumatic skull surface,and can substitute for conventional-dose spiral CT scanning.
