【摘要】 目的:探讨彩超诊断乳腺良恶性肿块的声像图特征及其诊断价值。材料与方法:对经病理证实的乳腺良性肿块35例和恶性肿块18例的高频彩超声像图进行回顾性分析。结果:本组大多数恶性肿块形态不规则,边界不清,内部回声不均,以低回声为主,部分后方回声衰减,肿块纵横比≥1。彩色多普勒血流分级大多为Ⅱ-Ⅲ级;PI>1.2,RI>0.7。6例(33.3%)同侧腋窝淋巴结肿大,血流丰富。乳腺良性肿块大多形态规则,边缘光整,内部回声均匀,侧缘回声减弱,纵横比<1;彩色多普勒血流分级大多为0-Ⅰ级;PI<1.2,RI<0.7。结论:高频彩超对乳腺肿块的检出率高,对乳腺良恶性肿瘤的鉴别诊断具有很高的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:To study the ultrasonic features and diagnostic value of breast tumors.Materials and Methods:35 cases with breast benigh tumors and 18 cases with breast malignant tumors identified with pathology were analyzed,retrospectively.Results:Most of malignant tumors in our cases were with irregular shapes,indistinct border,irregular inside echoes and length/width≥1.Doppler flow imaging grades wereⅡ-Ⅲ,PI>1.2 and RI>0.7.The ipsolateral axillary lymph nodes in 6 cases were enlarged.Most of benigh tumors appeared as regular shape,smooth edges,homogeneous internal echoes,no rear attenuation and length/width<1.Doppler flow imaging grades were 0-Ⅰ.PI<1.2 and RI<0.7.Conclusion:The high frenquency ultrasonography and color Doppler flow imaging possess clinical practical value to get a high accurate diagnostic rate of breast neoplasms.更多还原
