【摘要】 目的了解从事肿瘤专科护士工作倦怠现状及其主要影响因素。方法采用MASLACH等人(1986)编制的Maslach Burnont Inventory(MBI工作倦怠量表)对肿瘤专科医院的400名肿瘤专科护士进行问卷调查。结果肿瘤科护士职业倦怠发生率明显高于骆宏等倦怠感发生率(55.1%～59.1%)。结论医院管理者应高度关注肿瘤科护士群体的职业倦怠现象,给予人性化管理,增加人力资源,提高福利待遇。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To identify the working tired status of the clinical oncology nurse and some major factors which influence it.Methods We investigate the working tired status of 400 clinical oncology nurses by using the questionnaire (Maslach Burnont Inventory).Results The incidence rates of working tired status are 55.1%~59.1% above someone reported.Conclusion The hospital administrators must notice this phenomenon,establishing humanity employment,increase human resources and promote salary.更多还原
