【摘要】 目的探讨无重复吸入通气对骨水泥反应的防治作用。方法将30例在全麻下行人工股骨头置换术的老年病人随机分为处理组和对照组,处理组在研究期内实施无重复吸入通气,而对照组施行紧闭通气,记录填充骨水泥前、后BP、HR、PaO2和PaCO2等的数值和发生心律失常、血压下降(收缩压低于基础值的20%)的例数。结果处理组PaCO2和血压下降的例数少于对照组,其余指标两组间比较无显著性差异。结论无重复吸入通气对骨水泥反应有一定的防治作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the therapeutic role of nonrebreathing ventilation in prevention of bone cement implantation syndrome.Methods 30 elderly patients scheduled for unilateral cemented hip hemiarthroplasty under general anaesthesia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,nonrebreathing ventilation was administered in the treatment group during research,and closed-circuit ventilation was used in the control group,BP,HR,PaO2 and PaCO2,etc. were recorded before and after bone cement implantation,the number of patients with arrhythmia,decreased blood pressure(systolic blood pressure was 20% lower than baseline value) were also recorded.Results There are no significant difference between two groups in BP,HR,PaO2 and the number of patients with arrhythmia,PaCO2 and the number of patients with decreased blood pressure are smaller in the treatment group than in the control group.Conclusion Nonrebreathing ventilation plays some positive role in prevention of bone cement implantation syndrome.更多还原
