【摘要】 目的调查我县医疗机构门诊处方的不合理用药情况,探讨合理的给药方案,以避免药物不良反应和药源性疾病的发生,提高合理用药水平。方法在2007年7月~2008年6月我县各医疗机构的门诊处方中,每月随机抽取3天的处方共81000张进行统计分析。结果不合理处方5130张,分别在溶媒使用、药物选择、给药方案以及联合用药等方面存在问题。结论①我县各医疗机构的门诊处方存在一定程度的不合理用药现象。其中,以基层卫生院抗菌药物不合理应用以及给药方法不合理为主。②导致临床不合理用药既有医务人员方面的原因也有药事管理方面的原因。不断强化、更新临床医师的药物学知识,提高医师合理用药水平;制定行之有效的合理用药管理制度与措施、定期监督检查,配合一定的经济手段对用药进行规范管理是我县医疗机构当前药学工作的重点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Investigate the status of using drugs unreasonably in clinic prescriptions of the medical organizations in Xuwen and inquire into reasonable schemes to use drugs in order to avoid unreasonable schemes of drugs and pharmaceutical diseases and improve the level of using drugs reasonably in the medical organizations of our county.Methods Every month from July 2007 to June 2008 make spot checks on 81 000 prescriptions given within 3 days and engage in statistical analyses about them.Results There were 5 130 unreasonable prescriptions,which had problems in treating solutions,choosing drugs,making schemes to use drugs and using drugs jointly.Conclusion ①Drugs were not used reasonably in a certain extent in clinic prescriptions of the medical organizations of our county.This status mainly existed in using antibiotic drugs unreasonably and making schemes to apply drugs in basic-level hospitals.②Drugs were not used reasonably by clinicians for two reasons both in medical personnel and in drug administration.Continuously strengthen and renew clinicians’ knowledge about pharmacology to improve their standard of using drugs reasonably.Draw up effective administrative regulations and measures in using drugs reasonably.Regularly supervise and check the circumstances.Carry out standardized administration into applying drugs by using some economic means.The real practice above is the focal point of the pharmacological work conducted by the medical organizations in our county.更多还原
