【摘要】 目的总结28例高龄前列腺增生症(BPH)患者经尿道前列腺腔内剜除术围手术期的护理经验。方法对28例实施前列腺腔内剜除术的治疗效果进行观察和实施针对性护理措施。结果28例患者术后出现创面严重出血1例,尿管堵塞2例,经对症处理后均治愈出院。结论做好围手术期的心理护理,术后并发症的处理和康复指导是减轻患者痛苦、缩短住院时间、提高手术成功率和促进康复的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the perioperative nursing experiences in 28 cases of elder patients with benign prostate hyperplasia(BPH)who underwent transurethral intraluminal enucleation of prostate. Methods The efficacy of 28 cases was observed and evaluated. Specific nursing procedures were applied. Results One case had severe bleeding, two had blockage in the catheter,who were cured and recovered in the end. Conclusion Careful perioperative psychological nursing,in time observation of post-operative complications,and rehabilitative care are important measures to reduce pain of the patients, resident time,increase successful rate of operation,and promote rehabilitation.更多还原
