【摘要】 目的探讨合理的营养治疗对妊娠期糖尿病的作用。方法对本院收治的55例妊娠期糖尿病患者的日常饮食,按糖尿病营养治疗原则进行合理的个体化安排、规范化管理,并与同期未作规范营养治疗的26例作对照研究。结果在孕产妇并发症、围产儿并发症、分娩方式上两组比较,均有显著性差异。结论合理的营养治疗对妊娠期糖尿病有良好的治疗效果,在保障母婴健康安全方面有积极的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the use of reasonable nutrition treatment to the gestational diabetes. Methods In this hospital treated 55 cases of gestational diabetes with daily diet, carries on the reasonable individuation arrangement, the standardized management according to diabetes nutrition principle of treatment, and compare with the standard nutrition treatment for 26 cases without the standard nutrition treatment at the same time. Results The reasonable nutrition treatment has good result to the gestational diabetes, safeguarding the maternal infant healthy safety to have the positive function.
