【摘要】 作为液晶显示器件的重要组件,彩色滤光片影响着液晶显示的技术发展和制造成本的降低。文中介绍了液晶显示器使用彩色滤光片的基本结构及原理,比较并分析了各种滤光片彩色层制造方法的优势和局限性,指出喷墨打印制造彩色层是今后彩色滤光片技术发展革新的重要方向。根据国内外液晶产业发展现状,我国在大力发展TFT-LCD的同时,也应关注CF制备的新技术和新工艺研发。更多还原

【Abstract】 As one of the components for liquid crystal display,color filter plays an important role on the development of the technique and the reduction of the production cost for TFT-LCD.In this paper,the basic structure and the principle of color filter were introduced.Same manufacturing methods for color filter were mentioned and new progresses in the industry were summarized.The advantages and disadvantages of different methods for color layer preparation have been discussed in detail.Compared with other methods,ink jet printing represents a highly promising color layer deposition method for the advantage of low cost,flexibility,and the potential for up-scaling for mass production.The prospects of CF for TFT-LCD in China were also analyzed in this review.更多还原
