原子光谱分析法测定纯钨中痕量杂质和钨基硬质合金中组成元素

【摘要】 纯钨以过氧化氢溶解;钨合金加氢氟酸、硝酸溶解,用硫磷混合酸冒烟处理。成功地以电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)及火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)测定了纯钨和钨合金中近30个元素的含量。讨论了过氧化氢直接溶解纯钨的机理和溶液的稳定性;对光谱线叠加干扰和有关文献的样品制备及分析线选择问题提出了质疑。并对降低方法测定下限的仪器条件进行了优化遴选。

【Abstract】 Sample tungsten was dissolved with H2O2 and the tungsten-based alloy were dissolved with HF and HNO3,then fumed together with the mixture of H2SO4 and H3PO4.Using ICP-AES and AAS,30 analyses in prepared sample solution of tungsten or tungsten-based alloy were determined.Mechanism of dissolution and stability of the prepared sample solution were discussed.Several questionable sample preparation procedure and the selected analytical lines reported in references were pointed out.Working parameters of the instruments were optimized and as a result,detection limits of the analyses were improved.
