非完全消化—火焰原子吸收光谱法测定苦瓜中的矿质元素
Determination of Mineral Elements in Momordica Melon by Noncomplete Digestion——FAAS
【摘要】 非完全消化处理样品,即在低温下用浓硝酸-高氯酸(4+1)混合酸消解样品,再加入乳化剂TX-10溶解消化过程中所产生的油脂,可得黄绿色透明的样品溶液。建立了非完全消化-火焰原子吸收光谱法快速测定苦瓜中的钙、镁、铁、锌、铜的分析方法,对非完全消化法样品处理条件、干扰、混合酸及试液的物理性质与其空白溶液的一致性、检出限和特征浓度进行了考察。测定结果的相对标准偏差小于2.0%。本方法的测定结果与灰化法一致,相对误差小于2.4%。实验所测定钙、镁、铁、锌、铜元素的检出限分别是0.51、0.009、0.145、0.009、0.019μg/mL。
【Abstract】 The samples of Momordica melon were treated with noncomplete digestion method,i.e.the samples are digested in the mixes acid of HNO3-HClO4(4+1)at low temperature.Then the emulsifying agent TX -10 was added to dissolve oil and fat,which is produced in the noncomplete digestion process.A noncomplete digestion-flame atomic absorption spectromery for rapid determination of calcium,magnesium,iron,zinc and copper in Momordica melon has been developed.The pretreatment conditions of sample,interference,identity of the physical character for test solution and its blank solution,the detection limit and characteristic concentration were studied.RSDs were less than 2.0%.The determination results of this method were consistent with those obtained by ashing method.The relative errors were less than 2.4%.In this experiment the detection limits of calcium, magnesium,iron,zinc and copper are 0.51、0.009、0.145、0.009、0.019μg/mL respectively.
