【Abstract】 An assessment was carried out to the Determination of arsenic in the soils by Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometer,and the sources of Uncertainty in this analytic method was analyzed,the Mathematical model was established and the standard uncertainy molecular,combined standard uncertainty,extend standard uncertainty etc,Consequently its uncertainty has been assessed.更多还原
