【摘要】 [目的]分析吸烟与否、吸烟时程及平均吸烟指数对激素治疗特发性肺纤维化治疗的影响,指导临床治疗效果评价。[方法]对2003年10月～2007年10月就诊于华北煤炭医学院附属医院呼吸内科住院的特发性肺纤维化(IPF)患者130例进行回顾性分析。[结果]IPF患者中,吸烟组患者较不吸烟组患者对激素治疗敏感性较差(P﹥0.05);吸烟时程长患者较吸烟时程短患者对激素治疗敏感性较差(P﹥0.05);平均吸烟指数高的患者较平均吸烟指数低的患者对激素治疗敏感性较差(P﹥0.05)。[结论]不吸烟组、吸烟时程短、平均吸烟指数低较吸烟组、吸烟时程长、平均吸烟指数高对激素治疗敏感性高。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To analyze of smoking or not,and the average duration of smoking index of glucocorticoid thera-py of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis treatment,and to evaluate the the effectiveness of clinical treatment.[Methods] 130 patients with IPF who were admitted to Affiliated Hospital of North China Coal Medical College from Oct 2003 to 2007 were inves-tigated.[Results] Among patients with IPF,the smoking group showed less sensitive to the glucocorticoid treatment than pa-tients with nonsmoking patients(P﹥0.05);Patients with longterm smokers to smoke showed less sensitivity to glucocorticoid therapy than non-smoking patients(P﹥0.05);The patients with high smoking index showed less sensitivity to the glucocorti-coid treatment than drinkers with low smoking index(P﹥0.05).[Conclusion] Non-smoking group,shortterm smoking,low index smoking patients showed high sensitivity to glucocorticoid therapy than long-term smokers and high index smoking pa-tients.更多还原
