【摘要】 [目的]探讨肝素钠软膏在皮肤科的临床应用。[方法]临床选择10种皮肤病,观察肝素钠软膏对其的疗效。[结果]经过肝素钠软膏治疗1个月后,冻疮总有效率为84.6%,寒冷性多形性红斑总有效率为83.4%,皲裂性皮肤病总有效率为78.2%,限局性硬皮病总有效率为73.9%,单纯糠疹总有效率为78.8%,硬化萎缩性苔藓总有效率为53.5%,寻常性鱼鳞病总有效率为75.1%,寻常型银屑病总有效率为66.6%,激素依赖性皮炎总有效率为77.3%,慢性湿疹总有效率为70.8%。未见明显不良反应。[结论]肝素钠软膏以独特的作用机理,在皮肤病的综合防治中能起积极的作用,随着临床经验的不断积累,将显示更广阔的应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To evaluate the clinical application of heparin ointment in Dermatology. [Methods] We selected 10 kinds of skin diseases to observe the effect. [Results] After one month treatment, we obtained that the heparin ointment was effective for 83.4% of chilblain, 83.4% of cold erythema multiforme, 78.2% of chapped skin, 73.9% of limited scleroderma, 78.8% of pityriasis simplex, 53.5% of lichen sclerosus et atrophicus, 75.1% of ichthyosis vulgaris, 77.3%of hormone dependent dermatitis, and 70.8%of chronic eczema. We found no significant adverse reactions. [Conclusion] Heparin ointment can play a positive role in dermopathic prevention because of its distinct mechanism. Clinical results indicate that heparin ointment has a very good prospect.更多还原
