【摘要】 [目的]了解三门峡市医务人员吸烟及控烟现状,为开展医务人员戒烟活动、帮助吸烟者戒烟提供科学依据。[方法]在全市3个准三级医院中采用单纯随机抽样方法,问卷调查抽中的一线医务人员。[结果]医务人员的总吸烟率为7.80%,男性吸烟率为28.22%,女性为0.30%;82.53%的调查对象肯定医生应该为病人树立不吸烟榜样,如果病人在旁边吸烟,有52.06%的医务人员劝告病人戒烟,只有15.05%的医务人员曾建议吸烟病人用尼古丁替代疗法帮助戒烟。[结论]有必要在医务人员中开展控烟知识培训,医务人员率先戒烟,并且积极主动地为病人提供更专业的戒烟服务。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To understand the present situation of smoking and smoking control of medical workers in Sanmenxia, and to provide scientific bases for smoking cessation in medical workersand helping smokers to quit smoking.[Meth-ods] Simple random sampling was used in 3 quasi-three-level hospitals, and the medical workers were investigated by ques-tionnaire.[Results] Smoking rates among medical workers was 7.80%, for the males was 28.22% and for females was 0.30%.82.53% of investigated medical workers thought doctors should set smokeless examples for patients.If there was a patient smok-ing nearby, 52.06% of medical workers would advise patients to quit smoking, only 15.05% would suggest patients use nicotine substitution therapy to help quit smoking.[Conclusion] It is necessary for the medical workers to develop training about smoking control knowledge, and medical workers should quit smoking firstly and provide more professional smoking cessation service for patients actively and initiatively.更多还原
