幼儿园和小学教师对儿童性侵犯问题认识的定性研究
QUALITATIVE RESEARCH OF AWARENESS ON CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TEACHERS
【摘要】 [目的]了解幼儿园和小学教师对儿童性侵犯问题的认识。[方法]采用个人深入访谈方法对22名教师进行访谈。[结果]半数被访教师认为儿童性侵犯主要是指强暴、触摸等身体接触的性侵犯。多数教师认为对儿童进行性侵犯的人是陌生人。所有被访者都没有和学生谈论过如何预防性侵犯问题。如果遇到儿童性侵犯事件,半数多的被访教师选择先与家长沟通;半数教师提到通过法律途径解决儿童性侵犯事件。有关预防儿童性侵犯措施,几乎所有被访者都建议应该在学校开展相关知识和技能的教育。[结论]幼儿园和小学教师对儿童性侵犯问题认识不足。应加强对教师的培训。
【Abstract】 [Objectives] To understand the awareness of child sexual abuse (CSA) among elementary school teachers. [Methods] Twenty-two elementary school teachers were interviewed by in-depth interviewing method. [Results] Half of interviewees regarded CSA as physical contact CSA, such as rape and touching child’s body. Most interviewees believed that the abuser was unfamiliar to children. All of the teachers had never communicated about CSA prevention topic with their students. If a child was abused, half of interviewees would tell his parents at first, and half of them would seek help from judicial process. Almost all the interviewees believed that the main strategy of CSA prevention is to conduct CSA prevention education in schools. [Conclusion] The awareness of CSA among elementary school teachers is not so good, therefore, we should enhance training for these teachers.
