髓芯减压CPC/BMP修复股骨头缺血性坏死的实验研究

【摘要】 [目的]通过与单纯髓芯减压术比较,探讨骨形态发生蛋白(BMP)与自固化磷酸钙人工骨(CPC)复合后修复股骨头缺血性坏死动物模型的效果。[方法]40只激素诱导股骨头缺血性坏死的新西兰大耳白兔,分为单纯髓芯减压组和髓芯减压CPC/BMP植入两组。术后3、6、12周分别行病理、透射电镜、ECT检测,评价两种方法对股骨头缺血性坏死的修复情况。[结果]病理、透射电镜、ECT综合比较,髓芯减压CPC/BMP组优于髓芯减压组(P﹤0.05)。[结论]髓芯减压CPC/BMP人工骨植入有明显修复股骨头缺血性坏死的作用,优于单纯髓芯减压。

【Abstract】 [Objective] To evaluate the effectiveness of a composite CPC /BMP bone substitute in treatment of avascular necrosis of the femoral head in animal model, compared with pure core decompression. [Methods] Forty New Zealand rabbits with corticosteroid-induced avascular necrosis of bilateral femoral heads were divided into two groups. The first group was operated by pure core decompression, the second group implanted with CPC / BMP composite after curettage. The specimens were harvested respectively at the time of 3, 6, and 12 weeks following the operation. The histology, transmission electron microscope (TEM) and ECT analysis were performed to assess the effect of the 2 methods. [Results] According to the results of histology, TEM and ECT, Core decompression and CPC / BMP composite bone substitute had the superior effects to pure core decompression (P﹤0.05). [Conclusion] Core decompression and CPC / BMP can be used in the treatment of ANFH experimentally, which is as effective as pedicled bone grafting, and has higher repairing ability than pure core decompression.
