【摘要】 [目的]了解四川省美沙酮维持治疗的现状。[方法]采用信息收集表收集四川省各美沙酮门诊信息,并采用二阶段分层随机抽样对入组者进行问卷调查。[结果]四川省美沙酮维持治疗入组者对毒品依赖严重,注射吸毒比例在70%以上。美沙酮门诊日平均治疗人数和累计入组人数分别仅占在册吸毒者的9.2%(1673/18177)和22.2%(4033/18177),门诊覆盖率低;维持率较低,自开诊以来,约有40%的人脱失。门诊人均美沙酮服用剂量为52.6ml/d,剂量偏低。[结论]四川省在今后的美沙酮维持治疗应当逐渐完善美沙酮维持治疗的机制,并充分动员社区资源,运行过程中应按照治疗实施手册和维持治疗方案进行。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To clarify the current status of mathadone maintenance treatment(MMT) in Sichuan. [Methods] The information about each MMT clinic was collected by information tables. A questionnaire was used to investigate in the patients which sampled by second-stage stratified random sampling. [Results] The patients depended on the drugs severely. The proportion of injection drug users was above 70%. The average number of patients per day and the number of cumulative patients account for 9.2%(1 673 /18 177) and 22.2%(4 033 /18 177) among registered drug users,the coverage rate of the clinics was low. The retention rate was low,about 40% of the patients droped out since the clinics opened. The average dose was 52.6 ml per day,and it was low. [Conclusion] In the future mathadone maintenance treatment,the system should be improved gradually,at the same time,mobilizing community resource was important. The treatment should be in accord with the therapetic regimen and practice manual.更多还原
