【摘要】 [目的]针对2008年初常州市麻疹流行情况及发病年龄进行分析,根据发病年龄变化的原因,对初免月龄及再免问题进行探讨。[方法]选择2008年1月1日～5月31日所有在感染科住院的麻疹患者,按年龄进行分组,对不同年龄发病情况和免疫接种状况进行分析。[结果]麻疹发病年龄呈现两极分化,小婴儿和成人发病率明显上升。[结论]提前初免,坚持原有再免,加强二次强化免疫及婚前再免,以降低麻疹发病率。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To investigate the first immunifaction age and re-immunifaction of measles,according to the prevalence of measles and age of onset in 2008.[Methods] Chose measles patients being hospital from January 1,2008 to May 31 in our hospital.Divided them into groups according to age and analyzed incidence and immunifaction in different age groups.[Results] Age of onset of measles was polarization distribution,the incidence of infants and adults obviously rose.[Conclusion] It should advance the first immunifaction age,insist on immunizing again,strengthen re-immunifaction and re-immunifaction before marriage in order to lower the measles incidence.更多还原
