3种海洋活性肽的Ames试验和小鼠精子畸形试验
AMES TEST AND SPERM SHAPE ABNORMALITY TEST IN MICE OF THREE MARINE ACTIVE PEPTIDES
【摘要】 [目的]评价3种海洋活性肽(胶原肽、骨原肽、蛋白肽)的遗传毒性,为其应用提供安全性依据。[方法]按GB15193.4中平板掺入法进行Ames试验,按GB15193.7的方法进行小鼠精子畸形试验。[结果]Ames试验中,3种海洋活性肽各剂量组的回变菌落数均未超过对照组自发回变菌落数的1倍。3种海洋活性肽各剂量组与阴性对照组相比,小鼠精子畸形率亦无统计学差异。[结论]3种海洋活性肽的Ames试验和精子畸形试验结果均为阴性,对其诱变性的全面评价还需结合其他试验结果综合考虑。
【Abstract】 [Objective] To evaluate the genotoxicity of three marine active peptides(collagen peptide,bone peptide and protein peptide),so as to provide basis for its safety application.[Methods] Ames test was performed with the plate incorpo-ration assay recommended in GB15193.4,and the sperm shape abnormality test in mice was conducted according to GB15193.7.[Results] In Ames test,the number of the reverse mutant of three marine active peptides in different does groups was more than 2 times of that in control group.The sperm aberration rates dose groups of three marine active peptides did not show signifi-cant difference with that in control group.[Conclusion] The three marine active peptides in Ames test and sperm shape abnor-mality test showed to negative,but we should comprehensive evaluation on the mutagenicity by other tests.
