【摘要】 [目的]了解大学生上网行为特点,研究网络成瘾对认知功能的影响。[方法]选取某医学院在校学生253名,采用网络成瘾诊断量表,筛选出网络成瘾学生38名;根据同性别、同年龄的原则,选取非网络成瘾学生60名为对照组。采用韦氏量表对所有学生进行问卷调查。[结果]大学生网络成瘾者在网络使用目的上与和非成瘾者的差异有统计学意义。大学生网络成瘾者在韦氏成人智力量表总分、语言、操作上都与非成瘾者差异有统计学意义。[结论]网络成瘾会引起医学生认知功能的降低。应采取有效措施进行干预,以降低学生的网络成瘾的发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To investigate on-line behavior of college students,and to study the influence of internet addic-tion disorder(IAD) on cognitive function.[Methods] A total of 253 medical school students were collected,38 internet ad-diction students were selected by Internet Usage Inventory according to the principle of same sex and age.60 non-internet addic-tion students were selected as the control group in terms of the age and sex with the cases.All students were tested by WAIS-RC.[Results] There was significant difference between the aims of the internet usage of case and control group.There was sig-nificant difference in the total score,language,operating of WAIS-RC between internet addicts and non-internet addicts.[Conclusion] IAD could induce the decreasing of cognitive function among medical students.Effective measures should be tak-en to reduce the prevalence rate of IAD in students.更多还原
