【摘要】 [目的]了解南京市健康儿童A群和C群流脑的抗体水平和流脑A+C群MPV接种前后的血清抗体水平变化。[方法]采集疫苗接种前后2～4岁的健康儿童血清,运用流脑杀菌力试验对血清抗体水平进行测定。[结果]健康儿童A群的抗体GMT及阳性率为1︰4.22、65.2%,C群的抗体GMT及阳性率为1︰1.44、18.5%;A群与C群抗体水平间差异有统计学意义。A+C群MPV免疫后1个月,A群的抗体GMT及阳性率上升为1︰98.45、100%;C群的抗体GMT及阳性率上升为1︰18.38、80%。A群和C群免疫成功率分别为90.9%、76.9%。A群、C群抗体水平在疫苗免疫前后差异均有有统计学意义。[结论]健康儿童对C群流脑免疫力显著性低于A群,未形成有效的免疫屏障。为了预防可能存在流脑C群流行和暴发,应继续加强流脑A+C疫苗的预防接种工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To investigate the change of meningitis serogroup A and C antibody levels and antibody response to A and C meningococcal polysaccharide vaccine among health children in Nanjing.[Methods] The sera for antibody level test were collected in health children aged from 2 to 4 years,and the sera for antibody response test were detected by meningitis sterilization test.[Results] The geometric mean titer(GMT) and the antibody positive rate of meningltis serogroup A and C were 1︰4.22,65.2% and 1︰1.44,18.5%,respectively.The antibody levels between serogroup A and C were significantly different.The GMT and antibody positive rate of meningitis serogroup A and C were elevated to 1 ︰ 98.45,100% and 1 ︰ 18.38,80% at the time of one month after immunizing with MPV,respectively.The immune successful rates of serogroup A and C vaccination were 90.9% and 76.9%,respectively.There was significantly difference between the levels before and after vaccination in serogroup A and C.[Conclusion] The antibody level of serogroup C in health children is significantly lower than that of serogroup C,and it do not form effective immunization barrier.In order to prevention the epidemic and outbreak of meningitis,we should strengthen the prevention and immunization of serogroup A and C meningococcal polysaccharide.更多还原
