【摘要】 [目的]评价紫杉醇联合5-FU/FC治疗老年性晚期胃癌的疗效及安全性。[方法]入选者均病理证实为胃腺癌,紫杉醇175mg/m2ivgttd1,cf400mg/m2,5-fu400mg/m2ivd1,5fu3500mg/m2civ48h。每3周重复,治疗2周期判效。[结果]2001年1月~2006年12月共收治疗42例病人,41例可评价疗效及毒副作用,其中男性28例,女性13例,中位年龄65岁﹙60~82岁﹚初治37例,复治4例,治疗总周期数156周期,平均3.8周期,CR3例(占7.3%),PR15例(占36.6%),RR18例(占43.9%),SD15例(占36.5%),PD8例(占19.4%),病人受益率80.6%,TTP4.8月,中位生存12.3月。Ⅲ~Ⅳ级主要毒副作用为骨髓抑制WBC14.6%,PLT9.7%,HB7.3%,恶心呕吐7.3%,厌食9.7%,腹泻2.4%。[结论]本研究显示此方案治疗老年性晚期胃癌的疗效肯定且毒副作用可以耐受。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To appraise the therapeutic effect and safety about paclitaxel combine with fluorouracil /fludara + cytoxan in treatment of gerontism advanced stomach carcinoma. [Methods] Patients with pathology-proved gastric adenocarcinoma were selected in the study. Paclitaxel 175mg / m2 ivgtt d1, cf 400mg / m2, 5-fu 400mg / m2 iv d1, and 5-fu 3500mg / m2 civ were treated for 48h, and they were treated every three weeks and the therapeutic effect was measured every two weeks. [Results] 42 in-patients were treated from Jan 2001 to Dec 2006, and the therapeutic effect and harmful effect of 41 patients could be evaluated, including 28 male and 13 female. The middle age was 65 years (60~82) . 37 patients were initially treated, and 4 patients were retreated. The total periodicity was 156 cycles, and the average periodicity was 3.8 cycles. There were 3 patients with CR (7.3%), 15 patients with PR (36.6%), 18 patients with RR (43.9%), 15 patients with SD (36.5%) and 8 patients with PD (19.4%). The profit rate of patients was 80.6%. The TTP was 4.8 months, and the middle survival time was 12.3 months. The main side effects of III-IV stage were myelosuppression, WBC (14.6%), PLT (9.7%), HB (7.3%), nausea and vomitting (7.3%), anorexia (9.7%), and diarrhea (2.4%). [Conclusion] The program shows the curative effect of paclitaxel combine with fluorouracil / fludara + cytoxan in treatment of gerontism advanced stomach carcinoma is effective, and the side effect could be accepted.更多还原
