【摘要】 [目的]观察维他醋对高脂血症的临床疗效。[方法]将符合诊断标准的140例原发性高脂血症患者随机分为两组,对照组60名,给予脂必妥治疗;试验组80名,在对照组治疗基础上加服维他醋,连续服用3个月后,检测血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)等的变化情况,以观察维他醋调节血脂作用。[结果]试验组总有效率为81.25%,显效率达55.00%,远高于对照组(P﹤0.01);服用维他醋后TC、TG、LDL-C均明显下降,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。[结论]维他醋调节血脂疗效显著,且无毒副作用,安全性高。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of vitamin-vinegar on hyperlipidemia with Vitaminvinegar. [ Methods] 140 cases of patients with essential hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into treatment group and Zhibituo control group with 3 months of treatment. Changes of total cholesterol (TC), triglyeride (TG), high density lipopro-tein cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) were observed. [Results] There were significant differences in TC, TG, HDL-C, and LDL-C between pretherapy and post-therapy, and between treatment group and control group. The treatment group was superior to the control group (P﹤0.01). The total effective rate of treatment group was 81.25%, and the obviously effective rate was 55.00%, which were much higher than those of the control group (P﹤0.01). [Conclusion] Vitamin-vinegar has better effect of regulating lipoidemia and has higher security.更多还原
