【摘要】 [目的]了解安徽省部分工矿企业员工艾滋病知识、态度和行为状况,为安徽省工矿企业开展有针对性的艾滋病健康教育提供基线资料和指导依据。[方法]分别整群抽取3个工矿企业中一个矿(厂)区的员工为调查对象,采用问卷调查方式收集资料。[结果]淮南某工矿企业员工对艾滋病知识的知晓率相对较低,高危行为相对较高;3个工矿企业员工对艾滋病以及艾滋病病人的认识均不同程度的存在误区。三矿区的蚊虫叮咬不会传播艾滋病的知晓率普遍偏低;传播途径的知晓率低于非传播途径;获得艾滋病知识的主要途径是电视、广播,报刊、书籍和宣传栏、广告栏。[结论]各工矿企业应结合自身特点,采取有针对的措施加强对艾滋病知识的宣传和行为干预。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To understand KAP for AIDS among the workers in industrial and mining enterprises. [Meth-ods] Used clustered sampling method, one workshop or digging was selected in every industrial and mining enterprises. A questionnaire was administered face-to-face for each participant. [Results] The coal miners had lower knowledge of AIDS and higher risk behaviors, all workers had, to a certain extent, incorrect attitude to AIDS and patients suffering from AIDS. In 3 industrial and mining enterprises, the awareness rates on there was no transmission of AIDS by mosquito biting was lower than other people, they knew more about knowledge on AIDS transmission route than non-transmission route; the main routes they received AIDS information were watching TV and listening radios, reading newspapers, magazines and books, publicity and advertising column. [Conclusion] The industrial and mining enterprises should consider its own characteristics, and take relevant measures to strengthen the health education and behavior intervention to AIDS.更多还原
