【摘要】 [目的]了解合肥市工厂、饭店、娱乐场所打工妹性行为和生殖健康现状。[方法]本研究为现况调查。选取合肥市1家工厂、6家饭店和6家娱乐场所共457名16~24岁未婚、在合肥市打工、无合肥市户口的女性青少年为研究对象,其中工厂女工175名、饭店服务员138名、娱乐场所服务员144名。采用自编问卷评估其性行为和安全套使用状况、生殖健康状况、规范卫生服务利用状况。[结果]工厂、饭店、娱乐场所打工妹性行为的报告率分别5.1%,19.6%,86.8%,最近两个月的性行为中有时或从不使用安全套的报告率分别为77.8%,66.7%,36.0%。工厂、饭店、娱乐场所打工妹报告有生殖系统感染史分别为0.6%,8.0%,51.4%,报告有流产史的分别为2.3%、5.1%、43.7%。研究对象最近一次生殖系统感染和流产时规范卫生服务利用率分别是66.0%、71.2%。[结论]合肥市工厂、饭店打工妹性行为报告率和安全套坚持使用率均低于娱乐场所服务员,娱乐场所服务员生殖健康状况和卫生服务利用状况低下。根据不同职业的打工妹人口学特征和生殖健康状况的不同给予相应的健康支持和干预措施,提高工厂、饭店打工妹避免性行为和安全套使用的自我效能,增加娱乐场所打工妹生殖健康知识,增强其自我保护意识,宣传规范卫生服务利用等有利于打工妹生殖健康促进和艾滋病性病防治。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To know the situation of sex behavior and reproductive health among female migrant adolescents working in factories, restaurants, recreation grounds in Hefei. [Methods] A cross-sectional survey was conducted among 457 females selected by convenience sampling who aged from 16 to 24 years old, moved in Hefei from rural areas, were unmarried and worked in Hefei. Self-compiled items were applied to assess sex behavior and condom use, the statues of reproductive health and utilization of health care. [Results] The prevalence of sex behavior among workers in factories, restaurants, recreation grounds was 5.1%, 19.6%, 86.8%; the rate of non-constant use of condom in the last two month among workers was 77.9%, 66.7%, 36.0% separately. The rate of people who reported reproductive problem from factories, restaurants, recreation ground was 0.6%, 8.0%, 51.4% and the prevalence of abortion was 2.3%, 5.1%, 43.7%.The utilization of health care when they caught the reproductive infection last time and had abortion was 66.0%, 71.2%. [Conclusions] Female migrant adoles-cents should be paid more attention in sex behavior and utilization of condom, especially among females from factories and restaurants. Improving self-efficacy of avoiding sexual behavior and condom use, increasing the knowledge of reproduction and health care are probably helpful improving their reproductive health.更多还原
