【摘要】 [目的]了解非意愿妊娠妇女避孕和流产的相关情况,探讨开展规范化流产后计划生育服务的必要性。[方法]采用问卷的方式,对712名因非意愿妊娠而接受人工流产服务的妇女进行横断面调查,收集的资料应用SPSS13.0分析软件进行统计分析。[结果]在导致非意愿妊娠的直接原因中,未避孕有62.36%,避孕失败有37.64%;生殖健康和避孕知识测试中平均得分为(8.07±3.02)分;她们的生殖健康和避孕知识缺乏。[结论]总体看来,避孕措施使用率低,避孕知识缺乏,流产后计划生育服务需求迫切。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To find out the current situation about contraception and abortion of women with unwanted preg-nancy, to probe the necessity of developing a standardization post abortion family planning service (PAFPS). [Methods] A questionnaire survey was adopted to carry out a cross-sectional research towards 712 cases of abortion after unwanted pregnancy. The data were analyzed by the software of SPSS13.0. [Results] Among the reasons that caused unwanted pregnancy, 62.36% of them were due to no contraception while 37.64% were caused by contraception failure. The average score of reproduction health and contraception test was 8.07±3.02. Their knowledge on reproduction health and contraception were deficient. [Con-clusion] Overall, the utilization rate of contraception is low and the knowledge deficiency on contraception is obvious. The need of PAFPS is urgent.更多还原
