【摘要】 [目的]了解连云港地区2007年预防接种后不良反应(AEFI)发生情况,以便能更好处理这些反应,减少AEFI的发生。[方法]对连云港市2007年AEFI监测报告的数据进行统计分析。包括预防接种后的一般反应或异常反应等按规定时限网络直报的汇总数据,并依照描述性流行病学方法,描述其各方面的分布情况以进行分析。[结果]在所统计的数据中,共报告AEFI162例,报告涉及17种疫苗,其中全细胞百白破疫苗(DTP)AEFI发生构成比最高占23.46%,乙肝疫苗AEFI的发生构成比居其次为18.52%。地区分布方面,各县区均有报告,其中东海县、赣榆县报告数共为71例,接近全市报告总数的一半。临床诊断中,以发热(包括轻、中、重度)和红肿浸润(包括弱、中、强度)较多,分别占总数的24.07%、26.54%。一般反应108例,占总报告人数的66.67%,异常反应54人,占总报告人数的33.33%。[结论]预防接种不良反应发生跟诸多因素有关,多数具有相似和较为典型的症状,多种疫苗均可以发生,不同疫苗的发生率不同,无明显的地区差异性,需更多的结合具体发生情况采取相对的措施以降低其发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To know the incidence of adverse event following immunization (AEFI) in Lianyungang City in 2007, and to treat with these reactions and reduce AEFI. [Methods] Statistically analyzed AEFI monitoring report data in Lianyungang City in 2007. [Results] In the data, total report AEFI were 162 cases. 17 vaccines were included, in which AEFI induced by DPT vaccine accounted for the highest rate, 23.46%, then by hepatitis B vaccine accounted for 18.52%. Report- ed cases were found in all regions.71 cases were found in Donghai County and Ganyu County, which was close to the half of the total number. Fever and swelling were most common clinical systems, and the rate was 24.07% and 26.54% respectively. Cases with general reactions were 108, accounting for 66.67%. Cases with special reactions were 54, accounting for 33.33%. [Conclusion] Adverse event following immunization is related with many factors. Most AEFI cases have similar and typical systems. Most vaccines mostly induce AEFI and different vaccines have different incidences. There is no obvious regional disparity. It should take measures combined with the fact to reduce AEFI.更多还原
