延安市消除碘缺乏病监测结果
MONITORING RESULT OF ELIMINATING IODINE DEFICIENCY DISORDER IN YAN’AN
【摘要】 [目的]监测消除碘缺乏病状况,提供可持续的防治对策。[方法]抽样监测10个县8~10岁小学生甲状腺大小、家中食盐碘含量、监测尿碘,对抽取学生和学生家庭主妇进行问卷调查,对安塞学生进行智商测定,测定安塞中心小学周围环境水中碘含量。[结果]各县甲状腺肿大率分布在1.90%~9.52%,女生高于男生;尿碘为24.5~993.5μg/L,各县中位数均达到100μg/L以上,低于50μg/L的小于20%;碘盐合格率和合格碘盐食用率均为91.4%;智商抽查中等及以上级别低于非病区儿童;问卷调查儿童和家庭主妇的及格率分别为98.8%和97.5%;抽查学校周围环境的水碘含量均低于10μg/L。[结论]抽查各县达到了消除碘缺乏病标准,但病情有所回升,需要政府和广大群众共同努力,使碘缺乏病持续消除。
【Abstract】 [Objective] To supervise the state of eliminating IDD, and to provide measures for continuable prevention and control. [Methods] By using sampling investigation in ten counties, thyroids of pupil aged 8-10 years were examined by B-ultrasonograph; urinary iodine of pupil and iodine salt in families were determined; the students and housewives were investigated with questionnaire survey; pupil’s IQ was examined in Ansai; iodine in water surrounding the primary school in Ansai was surveyed. [Results] Pupil’s goiter rate ranged from 1.90% to 9.52%, girls’ goiter rate was higher than boys’; the me- dian urinary iodine was over 100mg / L and the range was from 24.5 μg / L to 993.5 μg / L, urinary iodine below 50 mg / L was less than 20%; all the qualified rate of iodine salt and edible rate of qualified iodine salt were 91.4%; the number of pupil with IQ above middle level were smaller than the children in areas without disease; eligible rates of questionnaire on students and housewives were 98.8% and 97.5%; water iodine in environment were lower than 10 μg / L. [Conclusions] Every counties have reached the objective of eliminating IDD. The state of illness goes up now. Government’s and masses’ common effort is needed so that IDD can be eliminated persistently.
